Digital Millennium Copyright Act Notice

SciCrime respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects users to do the same. In accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA), we will respond to valid notices of copyright infringement.

Reporting Copyright Infringement

If you believe that your copyrighted work has been used in a way that constitutes copyright infringement, please provide our DMCA Agent with the following information:

• A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or authorized representative
• Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed
• Identification of the material that is claimed to be infringing, with enough detail for us to locate it
• Your contact information (address, telephone number, email address)
• A statement that you have a good faith belief that the use is not authorized by the copyright owner
• A statement that the information in the notification is accurate, and under penalty of perjury, that you are authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner

Counter-Notification

If you believe that your content was removed by mistake or misidentification, you may file a counter-notification containing:

• Your physical or electronic signature
• Identification of the material that was removed
• A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief the material was removed by mistake
• Your name, address, and telephone number
• A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the Federal District Court
• A statement that you will accept service of process from the complainant

Repeat Infringers

We maintain a policy of terminating accounts of users who are repeat infringers of copyright.

User-Generated Content

Users are responsible for the content they upload or share within the game. By submitting content, you represent that:

• You own the content or have permission to use it
• The content does not infringe on any third-party rights
• You grant us a license to use the content as part of the game

Processing Time

We will investigate valid DMCA notices promptly. You should expect a response within 7-10 business days. Content alleged to be infringing may be removed during the investigation.

False Claims

Please note that filing a false DMCA notice may result in legal consequences. Ensure all information provided is accurate and you have the authority to file the claim.
